REFORMER FLOW—Starts
with matwork and stretching to find you center. Emphasizes the
foundation of Reformer Work—the "flow" or continual
motion. Focuses on using breath to deepen your movement resulting
in a quality workout.
MAT—Includes basics up
to intermediate movement on the floor. Incorporates fun with Magic
Circles, Magic Towels, and Foam Rollers. Emphasizes core strength
acquired from a traditional mat workout. Stretching is added as
needed.
STRETCH & TONE REFORMER—Wake
up on the right side of the bed! Starts with stretching and roller
work and bumps up the movement on either the Reformer or chair
to work the entire body before 8am.
NICE ASS CLASS (on Mat or equipment)—Just
what it sounds like. Emphasizes creating a beautiful behind. Also
works the upper body and incorporates the core (as always in Pilates).
MAT & TOYS—All over
body workout on the floor using Pilates matwork or Fletcher floor
work. We play with some or all of the Pilates toys: Magic Circles,
Towels, Balls, Rollers, and Bands.
